Voncap aims to support up to 200 students annually through the proposed programme. This is a programme-level target — we never promise any particular number of students to individual instructors.

Essex
One of England's largest counties — a broad catchment of learners across urban and rural routes.
Milton Keynes
A young, fast-growing city with high demand for driving lessons and employment-related mobility.
Bedfordshire
Connecting learners across Bedford, Luton and the surrounding towns with local instructors.
We're building a network of partner instructors so that learners across all four regions can be matched locally. The number of learners introduced to any individual instructor depends on availability, location and agreed referral capacity.
